About Us

Our Mission

Sakura Intermediate Care Facility provides a unique level of service for individuals who require light nursing care and assistance with daily activities.

Our facility offers culturally-sensitive care and services that reflect the preferences of our residents and our community. The facility cuisine and activities reflect the culture of the resident population and include traditional holiday celebrations, television programming, and language capabilities.

Sakura Intermediate Care Facility fully staffed to meet and enhance the well-being of its residents. Registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants provide 24-hour nursing care. Meals, including therapeutic diets, are prepared in the main kitchen and are served from our pantry.  The activities staff and volunteers encourage residents to participate in our wellness programs, which feature exercise classes, independent and supervised outdoor walking, entertainment by local and international community groups, and life-enriching classes. Our social worker is available to address special concerns and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
